Durabuild Construction include:
Proven
Construction Techniques
Professional rabiting features applied to the back, top, and side parts of
each cabinet allow for a solid intersection to assure the maximum in strength
and cabinet shape. All major joints are secured with strong commercial adhesives
and extra long screw fasteners.
All tops are set into the cabinet
sides and back which bear its loads directly into the floor. Similarly, the
base shelf is supported by hidden structural elements to carry the load directly
to the floor. Nothing is simply hanging by the fasteners as in lesser construction.
Quality
Materials
All flat goods used in the process of Durabuild Construction
are a full 3/4" in depth, and core materials are carefully selected for
their strength and reliability. The sides and tops of our showcases are MDF core. Showcase Designs searches the nation for the
finest in hardwoods, laminates, and veneers.
Metal
Parts
All shelf-related metal parts are steel, and the standards
used to support the shelf systems are bolted through a full-depth cabinet
back to insure strength and safety for all expensive contents.
Quality
Glass
All glass used in the manufacturing of large cabinets is full
1/4" float glass fabric with pencil polished edges. This combination
features a very high degree of strength and beauty. Tempered glass is available upon request.
Component
Assembly
An important feature of Durabuild Construction is the use
of component assembly, where bases are made as sub-assemblies and combined
in a fashion which allows the ultimate in strength and precision.
Multi-Process
Finish and Inspection
Every cabinet must pass a rigid process of finish and final
inspection before it is declared to have reached our high standard of Durabuild
Construction.
